eCommerce Business Solutions Manager (Marketing & Content)


Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

  • Experience working with English-first organizations
  • English (Speaking, Writing, Reading): Professional/Advanced
  • Ability to effectively communicate with US Business Management via email, phone and video
  • Supervisory/Personnel & Team Management Experience: Minimum 5 years (Able to manage 20+ people)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Required: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience with the Following Software a Huge Plus: Photoshop; Google AdWords, Analytics & Other Google Products, Email Marketing Solutions, CMS systems
  • Experience building and developing companies or teams for technology companies (synergy with International/US-based office, building new teams & processes, finding solutions to help the company scale operation)
  • Background in Marketing (Digital Marketing, Analytics, Search Engine Marketing) and Content Management (bulk data processing, new product addition & management) a Huge Plus

  • Help create and implement solutions for building new business competencies in the ESO office to help scale the company’s operations (areas: marketing, content, design, analytics, and more)
  • Development and direct management of a new Ecentria Solutions Odessa (ESO) team that will be responsible for supporting US operations

  • Part of the Top Management Group in the ESO Office, working with other Top Managers to help take our office to the next level and be the top destination to work at in Odessa IT sphere
  • Leadership, Guidance and Oversight for Marketing, Content and Support teams
